When someone visits www.fleet.org.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
When you register with us and use the Application, you provide (a) your name, email address, password and other registration information and; (b) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the town you are located within and display a location map with estimated travel time and distance. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application is developed by Tango3, a specialised realtime software development company, they have access to and manage all information collected by the app on behalf of FLEET
The Application is provided to FLEET by Duchy Defibrillators, the information provided in the app is used to support, monitor and mantain the defibrillator cabinet network.
The Application uses services from Google to provide authentication and information storage, authentication is also provided through Facebook.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
